Regional Apolda and 2 DTL

After last weekend I already F. Martin, Sven P. and Stefan L. Apolda a Regional race, which was played as a team-WK was at the start and we were able to secure us a good 2nd place.

first race in Witten Bundesliga in Gladbeck

I got over it, my first in the 1st Wk Triathlon Bundesliga.
The first league race was held in sunny weather in Gladbeck. We made it and stayed on a 13th Place in the team standings. I'm with my

After I start my last Sunday at the Viviman in Berlin Neukölln not so with power, I'm preparing now mentally and morally, for my first start in the first Triathlon - Bundesliga in Gladbeck before. Especially the first two disciplines, I stopped in Berlin to create, not least because of the intensive training in the last Load week. First success in the fledgling competition season


This Sunday (19.04.) I started as announced at the Sparkassen-Duathlon on Scheibesee in Hoyerswerda in distance 10km run-40km bike-4km run. Back in Germany

The past month of March was to the stress of exams at the university under the label of the training. In a 17-day training camp, I was, as already announced by the team of the Bundesliga TV Dresden in sunny Tavira, Portugal to prepare myself for the upcoming Bundesliga season. In sunny 20 ° C we were able to complete many cycling, running and swimming miles on a summer mood. Tavira is a small but beautiful village on the Algarve. It is called due to its churches, "Prague of the South" and therefore offers many opportunities for cultural excursions. Hello together,

in recent weeks the focus had been on a few of the enhanced physical performance, but was rather in the intellectual performance, learning for the exams at the university.

But this Saturday is It is finally in the long-awaited training camp in Tavira, Portugal.
