After I start my last Sunday at the Viviman in Berlin Neukölln not so with power, I'm preparing now mentally and morally, for my first start in the first Triathlon - Bundesliga in Gladbeck before. Especially the first two disciplines, I stopped in Berlin to create, not least because of the intensive training in the last Load week. But for the current week of rest was ordered by coach to the maximum to get out of us. Will we then see what brought the last few months.
